Can I purchase a membership to The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum or make a donation online?
Yes! Purchase a Membership online for yourself or as a gift, and you will immediately be eligible for a 15% discount in store and online. You can easily add a donation to any order in the "Tip" line at checkout or contribute without making a purchase.

How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased in store or online here.

Please note that at this time, online gift cards must be used on our website, and physical gift cards must be used in store.

Previously issued gift card balances do expire, so if you have questions about your balance or need assistance using your gift card, please contact a staff member.

Can I gift wrap my purchase?
We would be honored to send any of our products as a gift. You can select gift wrapping options and messaging services during the checkout process at no charge. 

Please note that memberships, oversized items, art prints and posters, and several other items cannot be wrapped. If you have selected the gift wrap option and we are unable to complete your request, you'll be notified by e-mail or telephone.

How do I leave a review for a product?
Near the bottom of every product page, there is a "Write a Review" link. Please feel free to contribute your thoughts on any item you have purchased.

Please keep the following in mind when submitting a review:

  • Focus on the item's features and be specific.
  • Do not include your full legal name or any of your personal or contact information. If you would like someone to contact you about an issue, please reach out directly to store staff at your convenience.
  • All reviews are moderated and subject to approval by staff. We do not allow discriminatory comments, inappropriate language of any kind, profanity, advertisements, irrelevant links, or references to products outside of our store website.

How accurate are product descriptions and photographs?
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on our site. We may periodically update, correct, or clarify descriptive language, photographs, and typographical errors. Photographs may be enlarged or enhanced to show details. When available, dimensions will be included in product descriptions.

Can I place a tax-exempt order online?
While we honor the tax-exempt status of all eligible institutions and individuals, we are unable to process tax-exempt orders online. Please contact a staff member for information about how to place a tax-exempt order with us.

What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?
We are pleased to accept most major credit cards, as well as other payment platforms supported by our website's platform. We do not currently accept cash on delivery or payments by check or money order.

How can I check the status of my online order?
You'll receive a tracking number by e-mail once your order has been packaged for shipping. Please refer to your shipping carrier's website to track packages during the journey to their ultimate destination.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You may choose to cancel or modify your order at any time before it begins processing. Once your order has begun processing procedures, we are unable to:

  • Cancel an order
  • Change, remove, or add items in your order
  • Change the payment method of your order
  • Change the shipping address of your order
  • Apply a discount or promotional code to your order

To attempt to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact a staff member as soon as possible after order placement. If your order has already begun processing, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for additional instructions.
