Shipping/Handling Policy

Most orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. You will be notified if the item is out of stock or if there is an expected shipping delay.  Orders made after 2:00 P.M. (Central standard time) Monday - Friday will not ship until the following day.

Our default shipping method within the United States is UPS Ground; international orders are shipped via US Mail. Shipping charges are based on delivery address, weight and size of package.

There is a shipping estimate on my order confirmation. Will I be charged the quoted shipping price?

The shipping estimate shown on the order confirmation screen is just that- an estimate. Shipping charges must be calculated for each individual order depending on the size of the product and where it will be sent to. Nine times out of 10, the customer will pay less than what is estimated. 

If you are trying to redeem a FREE SHIPPING offer and you order confirmation still shows a shipping estimate, rest assured that you WILL NOT BE CHARGED for shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, The Museum Store ships to most countries. Shipping charges are currently estimated for domestic orders. If they are much higher, The Museum Store will contact buyer with actual charges for approval prior to shipping.

The Museum Store of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum does not sell or share customer addresses or information with any group outside of the Museum.

Return Policy

Unused and undamaged merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase (with original receipt). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

All items must be returned in original condition with the tags attached. If returned merchandise is not in original new condition, the items will be returned to you at the customers expense.
