Watercolor: Simple and Dramatic

June 12 15, 2017

9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Joseph Bohler has been a fine-art painter for more than 30 years. For this class, students will discard the non-essentials and break down subjects into simple dramatic shapes. Whether working from images of landscapes or figures, Bohler believes that if a painting cannot be improved by adding things, then leave them out! Instruction will include demonstrations, discussions of technique, and constructive commentary.
