Will Rogers Says...

Will Rogers Says...

Edited by Reba Collins

We all know that Will never met a man he didn't like, but what did he think about politics, civilization, tourists, and being a dad? Collins has gathered quotes from the writings of Will Rogers and broken them back down into chapters according to subject. Just big enough to leave out on the coffee table for a quick laugh, but small enough to travel with (so that you can share some insightful words with everyone you meet - just like Will).
Includes these Will Rogers gems:
"We can get hot and bothered quicker over nothing, and cool off faster than any nation in the world."
"Once a man wants to hold a Public office he is absolutely no good for honest work."
"Pawhuska and Tulsa people used to come over to Claremore for their mail and to find out what time it was. We had a clock there."
"Memoirs- ...means when you put down the good things you ought to have done, and leave out the bad ones you did do."
