The Museum Store offers discounts to our online shoppers throughout the year. Before your credit card is processed the Percentage Discount will be applied.

If you are a member of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, please make a note in the Comment section during the check-out process. Your Member Discount will be applied before your order (credit card) is processed.

The Museum Store of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum does not sell or share customer addresses or information with any group outside of the Museum.

Most orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. You will be notified if the item is out of stock or if there is an expected shipping delay.  Orders made after 9:00 A.M.(Central standard time) on Friday morning do not ship until Monday.

Our default shipping method within the United States is UPS Ground; international orders are shipped via US Mail. Shipping charges are based on delivery address, weight and size of package.

Please Note: If you would like your order shipped via US Mail instead of UPS, please note that in the Customer Comments field. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase (with original receipt).
