Percentage Discounts

The Museum Store offers discounts to our online shoppers throughout the year. Most often there will be a coupon code associated with each discount. Before your credit card is processed the Percentage Discount will be applied, even if you do not see the discount reflected on your order confirmation. 

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Can I use my Member discount on online orders?

Yes! Your Member discount is good on all online items except for limited-edition items and Museum-produced items (such as exhibit catalogs and Persimmon Hill magazines). Simply make a note in the Customer Message area about your Membership, or apply the coupon code: MEMBER.

How do I apply a coupon code?
  1. In the checkout process, you will see a box to enter a coupon code (Promo Code).
  2. Type the provided coupon code into the box. Be sure the coupon code is EXACTLY how it appears in the email or promotional material (i.e. spaces or no spaces, all caps or all lower case). Now click 'Update.'
  3. The discount will be applied to your total cost. 
  4. Proceed to checkout to complete your order

Why is shipping still calculated after entering a coupon code for free shipping?

Currently, we are unable to have shipping costs removed at checkout after a free shipping coupon code is applied. However, we are able to adjust your total at the time of payment. We will subtract the shipping cost before your card is charged.

Are there any exclusions from sales and promotions?

We do have a few items that are never discounted. All sales, promotions, or member discounts do not apply to these items

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed - please allow us a minimum of two (2) business days for processing any order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

You will only be charged sales tax if your order is being shipped within the state of Oklahoma.

What if I order something that is out of stock?

We do our best to make sure The Museum Store website’s inventory reflects current item availability, but sometimes things slip by us. If that is the case, we will inform you immediately, fill the rest of your order, and send you the out of stock item as soon as we have it in stock again.

Gift Cards

We are now selling gift cards in The Museum Store and online. However, online redemption is not currently available. If you would like to order something online and pay with a gift card, please instead order over the phone by calling (405) 478-2250 ext. 275 or email [email protected]

Are all of your items available online?

No. The Museum Store carries over 5,700 items. We also sell one-of-a-kind items that are not available online. If you saw an item in The Museum Store during your visit that you would like to order, please email us at [email protected] or call us at (405) 478-2250, ext. 275, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (CST) and we will be happy to take your order and ship it to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, please know that international shipping rates may be higher than US shipping due to customs and taxes. Please email [email protected] for further questions on international shipping.

Privacy Policy

The Museum Store of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum does not sell or share customer addresses or information with any group outside of the Museum.

Return Policy

Unused and undamaged merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase (with original receipt). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

All items must be returned in original condition with the tags attached. If returned merchandise is not in original new condition, the items will be returned to you at the customers expense.
